DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through hadat.com (the "Website") and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

References to "HD Beauty", "Company", "we", "us", or "our" mean SIA HD Beauty.

References to "you" and "your" mean the customer purchasing Products through the Website.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

2.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of an Order before dispatch.

Cancellation requests may be submitted:

  • Through your customer account (where available); or
  • By contacting Customer Service at business@hadat.com.

Orders may generally be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided the Order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

If the Order has already been dispatched, the return provisions of this Policy shall apply.

3. RETURNS

3.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under consumer protection legislation, you may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Products without providing a reason.

For Orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final Product is received.

3.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by providing a clear statement of your decision.

We may provide a return form for convenience; however, use of such form is not mandatory.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay.

3.3 Conditions for Return

Returned Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original packaging, labels, and seals
  • Be adequately protected during return transport.

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.

3.4 Return Deadline

Returned Products must be shipped back to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Failure to return Products within this period may affect your eligibility for a refund.

4. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN

Unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law, the following Products are not eligible for return:

5.1 Opened Cosmetics Products

Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used after delivery.

This includes Products where:

  • Cellophane wrapping has been removed
  • Protective seals have been broken
  • Tamper-evident packaging has been opened.

5.2 Hygiene and Health Protection Products

Products supplied in sealed packaging that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

5.3 Personalized Products

Products manufactured, customized, engraved, or personalized according to customer specifications.

6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

6.1 Defective Products

All Products supplied by HD Beauty should:

  • Conform to their description
  • Be of satisfactory quality
  • Be fit for their intended purpose.

If you believe a Product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

To assist with the evaluation of your claim, we may request:

  • Photographs
  • Batch numbers
  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase.

6.2 Remedies

Where a Product is confirmed to be defective or non-conforming, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable consumer law:

  • Replace the Product
  • Repair the Product (where applicable)
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

6.3 Return Costs for Defective Products

If a return is required due to a confirmed defect or error attributable to HD Beauty, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

7. REFUNDS

7.1 Refund Amount

Where a refund is approved, we will reimburse:

  • The purchase price of the returned Products; and
  • Original standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.

Additional delivery charges resulting from premium shipping services selected by the customer are generally non-refundable.

7.2 Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

a) Fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned Products; or

b) Fourteen (14) days after you provide satisfactory evidence that the Products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

No refund processing fees will be charged.
