DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through hadat.com (the "Website") and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

References to "HD Beauty", "Company", "we", "us", or "our" mean SIA HD Beauty.

References to "you" and "your" mean the customer purchasing Products through the Website.

1. DELIVERY

1.1 Delivery Destinations

We currently accept Orders for delivery to selected countries and territories as displayed on the Website during checkout.

Delivery availability may be modified at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any destination where delivery restrictions, sanctions, customs requirements, transportation limitations, or legal restrictions apply.

1.2 Delivery Partners

Orders are dispatched through reputable international courier providers, including but not limited to:

  • DHL Express
  • FEDEX
  • Other approved logistics providers selected by HD Beauty.

Rates:

Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania: € 7.00

Rest of Europe: €20.00

International: €30.00

Complimentary shipping on all orders over €75.00.

The choice of courier shall be determined by HD Beauty at its sole discretion.

1.3 Dispatch Time

Subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment authorization
  • Identity verification
  • Fraud prevention checks

we will use reasonable efforts to dispatch Orders as promptly as possible.

Any dispatch or delivery dates communicated by us are estimates only and shall not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

1.4 Delivery Notifications

Once an Order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment notifications by email, SMS, or through the courier's tracking system.

Where offered by the carrier, you may be able to:

  • Reschedule delivery
  • Authorize delivery to another individual
  • Modify delivery preferences.

Such services are provided by the carrier and may be subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.

1.5 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • You are unavailable
  • The delivery address is incorrect
  • Delivery instructions are insufficient
  • Customs requirements are not fulfilled

the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to us.

Additional delivery costs, storage charges, customs charges, or return transportation costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

1.6 Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you when:

  • The Products are delivered to you; or
  • The Products are delivered to a person nominated by you.

From that time, you are solely responsible for the Products.

1.7 Ownership

Ownership of the Products passes to you only when:

  • Full payment has been received; and
  • The Products have been delivered.

1.8 Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery-related issue, including:

  • Non-delivery
  • Damaged packaging
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect Products

you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

To enable investigation with the carrier, claims should be reported within fourteen (14) days following delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be capable of verification.

8. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Where Products are delivered internationally, you remain responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • VAT
  • Excise duties
  • Governmental fees.

These amounts are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or refunded by the relevant customs authority.
